The picture was taken at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, CT. We went for Val's birthday on the 10th. It's pretty, but we favor Maine/New Hampshire beaches here—it’s where my family always vacationed and where Shaun was born and raised!! Shaun says CT doesn't have 'real' beaches, but I still think it’s pretty!
Why does the coast have to be so far away for me????
