Christopher totally hates having his finger nails cut. He screams and kicks if we try to cut them, so we cut his nails while he is asleep. It’s just easier and there is no fighting to deal with, since he is getting so big and very strong. Last night I made a comment on how fast his nails grow--heck I wish mine would grow as fast as his do! Of course he said they were fine and that he'd take care of them. Last night after he fell asleep Shaun went in his room and cut his fingernails. This morning when he was at the kitchen table eating breakfast he said, “Wow, all my nails peeled off last night!” After a while he was thinking and talking with Anneli and he asked me, “Does someone cut them when I’m asleep…” Shoot, maybe Anneli was awake! I told him he’d have to ask Dad. Dang! He's too smart for us, now he knows our little secret!
