Meme and Pepe have some really cool wooden blocks! The kids (Shaun included!) love to play with them every time we are here--which is quite often! This afternoon after Sunday Dinner, Shaun and the kids built a really cool amphitheatre with the blocks. It reminded us of the Colosseum . Christopher laughed and said it reminded him of the "Bird's Nest"--you know in Beijing!

I love how blocks span the ages of all our children. Love the references to China and Rome too!
