Today, my younger sister Valerie graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a degree in International Relations and a minor in Religion. Valerie and her fellow 2008 Boston Univeristy Class, started and finished their BU Careers celebrating Red Sox World Series wins so who better to speak at commencement than Larry Lucchino, president and chief executive officer of the Boston Red Sox! It was a great day--the commencement speaker kept your attention, the weather was simply marvelous, the company was great and it was exciting to see my little sister so happy walking across the stage to get her diploma! Way to go Valerie! We can't wait to see what is in your future! Remember the sky is the limit, you can do and be anything you want to be---even an elephant! ;)Below is a picture of Valerie and her boyfriend Johann who also graduated yesterday magna cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor of science in Business Administration.
