Go Red For Women: National Wear Red Day--Tomorrow 2/6!!

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6th is Go Red For Women: National Wear Red Day! It's a great way to raise awareness and help us fight our No. 1 killer - heart disease. Statistics say that one in three women dies from cardiovascular disease. That number is too high and a little scary! We need to raise awareness and take care of our hearts!

As a bonus, Macy's is supporting the campaign! If you wear red to Macy's this week (February 4th-8th), you can get an extra 20% off your purchase. You can also get an extra 15% off online with the code WEARRED. Click here for more info.

Get Well Soon Carter!

Our thoughts and prayers are in South Carolina today with my four year old nephew Carter. He's having surgery today to put in his fourth set of tubes in his ears and to have his tonsils out too! We pray that you'll be calling us on the phone talking to us real soon! He's my sister Jessica's little motor mouth! He LOVES to talk, especially on the telephone! I don't know how he's not going to be able to talk!! Good luck!! Get well soon!!

Say it Ain't SNOW....Again!?

For the past few weeks, it seems that at least once a week we have some sort of snow/ice storm. Nothing really major, just enough to interfere with school in some way or another. Luckily today, the kids didn't have a snow day, just had an early dismissal.

Six More Weeks of Winter...

Happy Groundhog Day!

On Your Mark...Get Set....GO!!

Christopher had a great time at his Pinewood Derby on Saturday morning. Check out the track! He and Shaun worked hard designing his car. It may not have been the fastest, but it was one of the more creative cars! Way to go Christopher! We are so proud of your creativity and sportsmanship!! You are growing up before our very eyes! Also during the Pinewood Derby, they made Boats, and had Rain Gutter Boat Races! It was a fun time. Christopher was pretty good at the boat races! He won both of his races! Way to go Chris!

Thanks Meme, Pepe and Aunt Val for coming to the Pinewood Derby to support Christopher and Shaun!

Anneli was even there! Heck, she thinks she's a Tiger!
