Christopher was up bright and early this morning! I thought I'd have to wake him up at 7AM to start getting ready for school, but he was up a little after 6:30AM, just in time to see Dad before he left for work. He took his time getting ready--eating his bowl of Cornflakes, as usual, getting dressed in his new clothes, even tying his new adidas sneakers himself. What a big guy! Then we ran to the pharmacy to pick up some last minute allergy items for the school nurse and then off to school we went. He was a little nervous because there were five different first grades and he didn't know anyone is his class, but when he got there he recognized a bunch of kids waiting in line for the same class! I told him he'd recognize some of the kids, boy I was I glad when he did!

Anneli and I left him waiting and whistling in the hallway. I'm sure he will have a wonderful day!
